Ανακοινώθηκαν οι υποψήφιοι για το draft του ΝΒΑ – «Μέσα» Έλληνες άσοι από Παναθηναϊκό ΟΠΑΠ, Ολυμπιακό και ΑΕΚ! 29/04/2020 Συνολικά 205 παίκτες έβαλαν υποψηφιότητα για το φετινό draft του ΝΒΑ. Οι 163 εξ αυτών προέρχονται από κολέγια, ενώ 42 από τον υπόλοιπο κόσμο. Ανάμεσά τους βρίσκονται ο Γιώργος Καλαϊτζάκης του Παναθηναϊκού ΟΠΑΠ, ο Αλεξέι Ποκουσέφσκι του Ολυμπιακού και ο Νίκος Ρογκαβόπουλος της ΑΕΚ. Οι παίκτες έχουν δικαίωμα να αποσύρουν την υποψηφιότητά τους 10 μέρες πριν τη διεξαγωγή των draft. Η ημερομηνία που είχε οριστεί ήταν η 25η Ιουνίου, αλλά δεν αποκλείεται να υπάρξει παράταση στη διαδικασία λόγω της πανδημίας του κορονοϊού.
